Board of Directors
The Board of Directors represent astrong group of strategic thinkers with extensive experience and expertise in the property and parking sectors. The decision making format that CW Developments currently employs has proved extremely satisfactory whereby the Board Advisory Panel approves or rejects assets to suit the investment brief/criteria based on a minimum yield return with considerable upside in the medium term. The assets will be strategically located within high to medium density areas in the central business district serviced by high levels of infrastructure. Once the asset has passed through CW Development's investment panel the board will submit the investment case for consideration to the Pacific Malaysia Investment vehicle. CW Capital will procure and enter into binding Deeds of Lease with substantial covenants and guarantees as a measure of security.

Prior to joining CW Developments in 2011, enjoyed a distinguished career as Managing Director of Pracsys Economic Consultants, and previously as Director of the Real Estate Advisory Services division in the Perth office of Ernst & Young. He advises clients in relation to strategic property development initiatives, business and asset management planning, financial and economic advisory and project management.
Brian’s specialist consulting relates to strategic management, asset optimisation, acquisition & divestment advice, project management, financial cost management, feasibility analysis, business reviews, government policy & process and investment analysis.
Brian is a qualified chartered accountant and has been a management consultant (Fellow of Institute of Management Consultants; Certified Management Consultant) for over 25 years. He has significant financial, property and management experience

Roy Lester Lotzof : Director B Econs Honours in Accounting

Over the past 18 years Roy has been based in Cebu and consulted to a large number of listed and private mining companies in Australia, North America and in the Philippines. Clients include Lihir Gold Limited where he was the prime adviser for financial and hedging activities dealing directly with 13 International Bullion Banks. In the Philippines he advised a number of companies including FCF Metals, TVI group, Seri Mining and Cadan Resources assisting on a wide range of areas from M&A, shipments, community relations and corporate strategy and finance.
Roy is currently active in a number of different projects that are integrated Public Private Partnership transactions in the Philippines and Australia. He established Investment Strategic Consultants Limited (ISC) in Hong Kong to focus on specific projects working closely with PICO Group. In Cebu he was active in the master planning of Metro Cebu as Chair of the HR and Asset Committee for Mega Cebu and a board member of the Metro Cebu Development Coordinating Board.
When Roy first moved to the Philippines in 1997 he was retained by Macquarie Bank Limited (MBL) as a Liaison Officer for mining and corporate advisory services.
Before moving to the Philippines he helped establish AIDC Metals Limited, a metal trading company in Sydney being a Joint Venture between the Australian Government’s, Australian Industry Development Corporation (AIDC) and Tennant Limited. This was to be a AAA rated trading company and the business reverted to Tennant Metals Pty Ltd after AIDC was privatized.
From July 1994 to November 1995, he was retained as a commodity consultant by Price Waterhouse LLP, Mining Industry Service Group and was President of Financial Derivatives, Inc.
From 1982 to 1994, Roy worked with Macquarie Bank Limited and the Hill Samuel Group of companies. Roy held the position of Director, Bullion & Commodities Division in Sydney – he was responsible for the Divisions Mining Finance and Structured Hedging Activities and System Development and Risk Management. As President of Macquarie Metals Inc he was responsible for the establishment of MBL’s first overseas office in North America. He specialized in gold mining finance and hedging activities. Roy was the lead on the development of numerous new mining projects and in the creation and evaluation of many new derivative products.

Alf Wilson: Managing Director - BCom. Grad Dip Bus Management
Synonymous to the parking industry, the son of the founder and sole shareholder of Wilson Parking which commenced in Australia in 1962.
Alf has 18 years of international parking experience and is actively involved in each and every Investment project. Prior to this Alf was a shareholder of Secure Parking Group and played an active role from 1996 to 2002 in Australia and Asia Pacific.

Lisa Couglan - Chief Financial Officer
Lisa's background includes eleven years of accounts and business management. She has also had extensive experience in the finance and banking industry (16 years), most recently as Senior Credit Analyst with NAB AssetManagement and Relationship Manager with St George Private Bank (Wealth Management).
Lisa's background includes 7 years accounts & business management and 15 years in banking, most recently NAB Asset Management and St George Private Wealth Bank. Lisa has been with Wilson Group of companies since 2004 an plays integral role within CW Developments.
